Cranberry walnut overnight oats

with shredded coconut
This muesli inspired breakfast is the perfect addition to your day. It provides you with the sweetness of the cranberry, the nutty flavour and crispness of the walnuts and a nice kick of the shredded coconut.

40g oat flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
30g dried cranberries
3 tbsp shredded coconut
30g walnuts
1/2 tbsp agave syrup
Not included: 180ml plant-based milk of choice

Instructions
1.
Place the oat flakes, chia seeds, 2/3 of the dried cranberries and walnuts, the coconut and the agave syrup in a jar. Add the milk and mix it well. Place the remaining walnuts and cranberries on top.
2.
Cover the jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
3.
Tip: Heat the oats for few minutes over low heat for a warm breakfast.
