Our meals are 95%+ organic, whole food, plant-based, ready-to-eat and delivered to your door, once every 3 days.
Each meal is made without gluten, dairy, animal protein, yeast, refined salt and refined sugar - and designed to support safe detoxification.
It goes without saying that flavour enhancers, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colouring agents and else are banned from our kitchen.
We believe in a good ratio between beautifully cooked foods and vibrant raw produce. Expect meal - sizes to be generous and full of flavour.
Organic is our #1 choice, we even source our produce with Mallorcan organic farmers whenever possible.
Each dish is handcrafted with genuine love and great intention to provide you with the most important ingredient of all - pleasure.

Who we are
The two of us hit it off at hello.
When we - Michelle van der Werff from Bolsita Verde and Ursula Peer from Detox Mallorca first met, we knew within a few hours what we wanted: offering you state of the art ready-made detox plans on Mallorca. And now we do and are over the moon with joy!
Michelle is the brain behind the operation and logistics, Ursula the detox expert, chef and detox mastermind. With the support of our great team behind the scenes it was possible to lift this off the ground within only a few weeks. And we have great plans for the future - to your health!

Is this detox meal plan suitable for everyone?
It is beautifully designed for all healthy individuals 16 years or older. Do it whether you take a staycation, holiday or team up in the office for a detox challenge!
NOTE: Please REFRAIN from detoxing if you are PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING. Detoxing is a no-go during pregnancy and breastfeeding, releasing toxins can harm your baby. -
What can you expect from the detox meal plan?
We’ve dedicated one week in March, April and May to offer our ready-made detox plan, carefully curated to give you that much-needed reset.
The week’s menu is based on a 95% organic, whole-food, plant-based diet that includes fresh, nutrient-dense, and delicious ingredients and is free from everything that weighs you down.
We do all the food shopping and cooking for you. The time you save can go into a blissful siesta, a beach walk or massage – you will feel the difference we promise!

Why do you not offer a post-holiday detox in January?
Because we truly care about your health.
Our detox philosophy is backed by the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine, which depicts our health closely linked to nature and the seasons. In winter our bodies are in preservation and protection mode. Forcing our bodies to detox in winter means challenging our health, which could weaken our immune system, making us prone to infections, energy lows & allergies.
Yet once Spring starts, it is super healthy to support our bodies’ natural self- cleanse. That’s why we chose March, when temperatures start rising, for our first Spring detox in 2024. -

What are the delivery days?
We offer the detox plan on selected dates. Our delivery days are as follows:
Detox week 1: Thursday March 21 & Sunday March 24
Detox week 2: Thursday April 4 & Sunday April 7
Detox week 3: Thursday May 2 & Sunday May 5
Please be aware that orders close the Sunday before the first delivery day.
The delivery time will be confirmed closer to the date and depends on the location of your (holiday-)home and whether someone could accept the order in case you are not present. -
When do I receive the delivery for the 6-day detox meal plan?
You’ll receive 2 deliveries.
The first delivery will be Thursday and includes juices, breakfasts, lunches and dinners for 3 days.
The second delivery will be the following Sunday with all the meals and juices for 3 more days. -
How much is the delivery cost?
We charge between 6,95€ - 11,95 per delivery on all of Mallorca.
Upon placing your order, your delivery fee will show based on your zip code. -
How are the meals packed?
Your meals will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag made of eco-friendly paper and foil lining.
Meals and toppings are delivered in reusable glass jars or paper bags.

How do I return the empty bag and jars?
When you order a 6-day detox plan, you can return the first empty bag and jars upon your second delivery of the week.
If you don't have another delivery planned, your options are as follows:
•Return the bag and jars to one of our pick-up points in Palma or Santa Ponsa, or to our office in Palma.
•Order a weekly meal plan from Bolsita Verde and return your bag upon that delivery.
•Keep the bag and jars and use them to go shopping and store your pantry items!
After every return, you'll receive a coupon code from us that gives you 10€ off your next order with Bolsita Verde or Detox Mallorca (aka La Lemonista). The discount is valid on all products from both companies. -
How is food kept fresh in transit?
Your food will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag. It keeps all meals fresh for minimum 4 hours from packing to delivery. We strongly advise to unpack and place all cooled items in the fridge upon delivery for best results.

Does ordering a Detox plan automatically result in a subscription?
Absolutely not! It's a one-off order without any further commitment.

I ordered a Detox plan, but I can no longer do it. What now?
If you have to cancel the detox plan due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a voucher for the full amount to use for a future Detox week with us. Please note that we don’t accept any cancellations or give out any vouchers after the order deadline has passed.
